Just moved down to Pensacola into a townhome that used to be an Air bnb. I was a bit anxious about choosing a cleaning service, as I am new to the area, but Cynsational Clean was outstanding! The entire process from beginning to end was swift, and easy! I definitely recommend using this service! My home smelled and looked sparkling clean.

The ladies who did my deep clean did a fantastic job. They were professional, pleasant and I had no trouble getting my work done while they were here. My house looks bright again! I am excited to have Cynsational Clean be my regular cleaners from now on!

Extremely helpful and flexible! Cynsational Clean helped me out with my AirBnB when we had a last minute primary cleaner cancel and guests checking in the same day. With only a few hours notice they were able to get a cleaning crew to my home and do a thorough clean. Very great help in a stressful situation as a host. I would definitely recommend them!

Hope, Karen, and Brooklyn did a phenomenal job on my apartment move-in cleaning. I recommend their services. They are easy to contact and answer questions promptly. When the cleaning crew arrived on site, they were kind and efficient. The apartment originally had an off-putting smell, and upon entering after the cleaning, I was greeted with a nice, clean smell.

The only areas for improvement is the following: I did have to leave work to let the crew in (my choice), and I let the contact know that I only had a small window and could take off extra time if needed. They ensured me that they would arrive on time and that they didn’t want me to take off from work since the process is intended to reduce stress. Unfortunately, the crew arrived 15 minutes after the planned time, and so I was late back to work and did have to take time off anyway. My second concern was that I was ensured that all of the window shades, sills, and tracks would be cleaned. My living room was spotless, but both bedrooms had thick dust still on the blinds, which made me a little sad given that my end price was in the middle of range of the given quote.

With this being said, I am still glad to have booked the cleaning.

Brent and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time and worked effortlessly to get our new home move-in ready for when the furniture arrives. They made sure all areas of the home including doing the windows inside and out were spotless. I will certainly recommend them to do any sort of cleaning you need.

Cynthia and her team were fantastic. She came and did a 5 minute look around the house to determine a very fair cleaning price. The house is now looking and smelling great. Would highly recommend!

I had a deep clean at my home and quite honestly it’s probably the best thing I’ve ever had. They even did the ceilings and everything was just a remarkable refresh. There were three people that were friendly kind and just amazing how they could get this done within I think 3 1/2 hours. I will use them for my business and myself forever. I highly highly advise you give them a call.
