Can I buy a gift certificate for cleaning services?

Gift Cards Available: We offer gift cards for all our services.
Cleaning Services: Discuss your needs with us to determine the service level for your gift card.
Delivery and Validity: Gift cards are emailed with a redemption number and do not expire.
How to Purchase: To buy a gift card, call or text us to confirm the service area.

Are we insured?

Yes, Cynsational Clean is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance can be provided when requested.

Do we offer a free estimate?

Yes, we do! We provide a free price range estimate over the phone after asking a few specific questions about your cleaning needs.

If you prefer or require an in-person consultation, we’re happy to schedule one as well.

How often will you clean?

You can schedule a cleaning as often as you like. Most clients are set up on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. However we do offer one time cleanings.

How much do we charge?

Every client and property is unique, that’s why we customize a package that fits your needs. We charge per the job, level of cleaning needed and how often services are requested. Those are just some of the factors we use when providing a quote. We do not charge hourly.

Are there any discounts?

At Cynsational Clean we know that a referral speaks volumes. This is why we offer a discount for every referral we receive from a current client. With every referral that is booked for a service the client that referred us receives $30.00 off their next service. The discount is applied for you at your next service. The referral discount is unlimited with every referral.

What forms of payment are accepted and is a down deposit required?

We accept Venmo, Cash app, Checks in one of our provided sealed envelopes, Direct Deposit and Apple Pay. We do not accept credit cards at this time. All forms of payment are linked to our phone number 540-481-3173.

A down deposit is only required for one time cleanings not routine services.

Will I have the same cleaning team each cleaning?

We make every effort to have the same team clean your home each visit. Occasionally, there may be a change due to illness or staff needs. However, our team leader makes sure that every crew member has the proper training to deliver the quality that you expect. The app system we use ensures all our crew members know your individual home’s needs before they step in the door, ensuring a smooth transition.

Can my animals be out while my home is being cleaned?

We love pets and will be careful around them while in your home. Please let us know any information you feel is necessary regarding them so we do not let them outside if not allowed. We ask if they are nervous or do not care for visitors that you take any precautions needed for the safety of everyone.

Do I tip the housecleaners?

At Cynsational Clean, we leave tipping up to your discretion; however, if you are thrilled with our services and feel the need to tip, is it acceptable.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We understand life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule an occasional appointment. We ask that you reach out to us when you know the next cleaning will not work for your schedule as far in advance as possible. To cancel or reschedule a cleaning just shoot us a text or give us a call, a 48 hour notice is greatly appreciated.

What if my regular routine cleaning falls on a holiday?

If your appointment falls on a holiday, we will reach out to you in advance to make arrangements to clean your home on another day for that week.

What cleaning supplies or equipment do I need to provide?

None at all. Cynsational Clean provides all our own cleaning products and equipment.

Do I need to do anything before the cleaning company arrives?

To help our cleaners be most efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, household items and clutter before the team arrives. This allows us to move through your home quickly and provide a deeper clean with each cleaning. Please put away important documents or valuables. We’re ready to tackle all messes and will straighten up any piles left on the floors or furniture.

Will I need to be home while my house is cleaned?

It is your choice however we will need access to your home on the day of your service. Many of our clients leave out a key or provide us a door/garage code to safely enter your home.You are notified when the crew is headed to your home and when the crew is finished cleaning your home so you are always in the know.

Do you change linens?

Yes, we certainly change linens when left out for us. However you must sign up for this service at the start or can add it on as needed for an additional fee. Fresh linens must be left out for the crew on the bed that is needing changed each visit.
